  • 4 oz (120ml) soda water

  • Lime slices
  • Crushed ice

Instructions

Step 1: Muddle the Mint and Lime

  1. Place the mint leaves and lime wedges in a sturdy glass.
  2. Add sugar and gently muddle with a spoon or muddler to release the lime juice and mint oils.

Step 2: Add Rum and Ice

  1. Pour in the white rum and stir well.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes or crushed ice.

Step 3: Top with Soda and Serve

  1. Top with soda water and gently stir.
  2. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a lime slice.
