Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Step 2: Mash the Bananas

Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth with minimal lumps.

Step 3: Mix the Wet Ingredients

Add pumpkin puree, sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract, then whisk until well combined.
